Funke Akindele Bello, aka “Jenifa” was overjoyed when she was announced as the first brand ambassador of Molfix Diapers.
Hayat Kimya, producers of Molfix diapers unveiled its first brand ambassador last Thursday at a press conference. This was in celebration of their 5th anniversary in Nigeria.
This is a win for the star, especially after her advert with the makers of Dettol soap and disinfectant was pulled down in April after she was convicted of breaking Covid-19 rules.
Funke Akindele-Bello had friends over at her house in Lagos to celebrate her husband’s birthday. The couple was fined and ordered to do community service for 14 days.
Meanwhile, she was so excited at the press conference. “It’s a great partnership I must say and I am so happy to be a part of this family,” she said.
According to her, she uses the product and has never had any concerns whatsoever.
Speaking at the conference, Duruk Emiroglu, CEO of Hayat Kimya said that the brand is happy to identify itself with one of the biggest names in the entertainment industry.
He said apart from being a successful actor and producer, Funke is a mother who knows what is best for her kids and also uses Molfix diapers for her twins.
Duruk added that Molfix as a brand has contributed immensely to the Nigerian labor market. “We have created over 600 direct employment and over 1,000 indirect employment in Nigeria,” he said.
Head of Marketing, Roseline Abaraonye said the Molfix brand is honored to identify itself with Funke, being a mum, a successful actress, and producer.
“Jenifa” aka “gbogbo biz girlz”, we love you still. More wins.
