Fast rising Nollywood actress, Didi Ekanem, joined the list of celebrities who rewarded themselves with luxury properties in 2020.
The actress bought a brand new Corona Venzer as an early birthday gift for herself.
The actress took to her Instagram page to show off her acquisition to her fans, informing them that they can have whatever they wanted if they work hard.
She wrote : “You can get everything you want if you work hard for it. Y’all have seen my journey with @shop_odot since 2017 till date. the past 4 years has been an intense journey of hard work, sacrifices, savings, planning, pressure, sleepless night and all. Today, I stand to say that it is paying off. Without taking away the glory from God cos He alone can make this possible. And to any woman who ever thinks that achievement is impossible without a man, I say, it is possible. EARLY BIRTHDAY GIFT TO MYSELF”
Didi Ekanem is not only a talented actress notable for her huge backside, but also a business owner. She owns a clothing line “ODOT” derived from her native name Odotukporo meaning “I deserve honour”.
Didi is a graduate of Linguistics and Communication from the University of Port Harcourt.
She started acting during her University days, featuring in stage plays for about a year before venturing into Nollywood.
Didi featured in movies like Jump and Pass, Royal Rituals, Brazilian Hair Madness, Journey to Dreamland, Escort Service, Dinning with the Devil, Ikogosi, True to Love, Crazy Girls.
According to the hard working actress, her best movie so far is “Jump and Pass” produced and directed by Desmond Elliot.
She confessed that Mercy Johnson, another Nigerian prolific actress is her inspiration and she looks forward to acting alongside her.
In her interview with Linda Ikeji, she disclosed that most people see her first as “sexy” rather than “talented”. This is as a result of her large behind.
She wishes that people first of all see her as a talented individual rather than a sex symbol.
Didi further dispelled the rumor making the rounds about her behind. She said that her bum is “101%” natural. According to her, she started noticing the size of her behind in her junior secondary school days. As at that time, she hated it.
Didi Ekanem obviously is an inspiration to other hard working women in Nigeria and we wish her all the best in her future endeavors.
